When a buyer is interested in one of your items, they will open a conversation through the listing for the item they’re interested in and try to reach an agreement.
We strongly recommend that the whole deal from start to finish take place through Stufful. Therefore, never move the conversation outside of Stufful and do not accept the invitation to switch to another communication tool – messenger, email, etc. This way you will keep the evidence of your deal agreement for possible future use.
